The minimum stay is 2 nights for all cabins and experiences, including low season. For long weekends, Christmas, and New Year's, a longer minimum may apply. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm the conditions for your specific dates.

Yes, we're pet-friendly. We welcome small and medium breeds, up to 2 pets per booking. We just ask that you let us know when booking so we can prepare everything in advance.

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you exact directions with written markers. We're inside the private community Fraccionamiento Paso del Ciervo, 10 minutes from the center of Mazamitla. From Guadalajara, it's approximately 2 hours 30 minutes via the Sierra del Tigre. Private parking is available for your vehicles.

All cabin amenities: private jacuzzi, indoor fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen (6-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and more), Smart TV with Disney+, Netflix, Vix and Tubi, high-speed Wi-Fi, balconies and terraces with forest views, outdoor grill, fire pit, hammocks and board games. When you book directly (via this website, Airbnb or Booking) you also receive at no extra cost: a bottle of red wine, firewood, and basic kitchen and bathroom essentials (coffee, tea, oil, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and more).

We accept bank transfer, bank deposit, payment through booking platforms (Airbnb or Booking, coming soon) and other authorized methods. The 50% deposit is made when confirming the reservation; the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the cabin.

No. The maximum capacity for each experience must be strictly respected. No additional visitors are permitted without prior authorization. If you need to accommodate more guests, message us and we'll help you find the best option for your group.
